UX/UI Design 

As freelance UX/UI Designer, I was responsible for solving the platform’s core scalability issues: navigation, cart, and category structure.

I ran the competitive analysis, stakeholder workshops, and heuristic evaluation to identify where the interface hit its limits. I defined the updated information architecture and navigation concept, built wireframes and prototypes, and delivered the resulting design system components. I presented findings and decisions directly to stakeholders.
